matters relating to applicable organisations and approved dog obedience training organisations; and

requirements for dangerous dogs and restricted breed dogs; and

matters relating to the permanent identification of animals of a prescribed class of animal; and

matters relating to animal registry licences and the provision of animal registry services; and

matters relating to commercial dog breeding businesses, animal sale permits and declared bird organisations; and

matters relating to the information register and source numbers; and

infringement penalties for infringement offences against the Domestic Animals Act 1994; and

offences against these Regulations as infringement offences; and

infringement penalties for prescribed infringement offences against these Regulations; and

other matters for the purposes of the Domestic Animals Act 1994.
