55 Prescribed manner for keeping information in records and copies of records
(1)
For the purposes of sections 63E(a) and 63Z(1)(a) of the Act, the prescribed manner for keeping and maintaining the records containing the prescribed identifying information or the prescribed information (as the case may be) relating to a prescribed animal is in an electronic format which is sufficient to enable the licence holder to comply with the requirements of regulation 47.
(2)
For the purposes of sections 63E(b) and 63Z(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed manner for keeping and maintaining copies of records relating to a prescribed animal is in an electronic format.
