Reporting of complaints to Secretary

In force

A licence holder must provide a written report to the Secretary every 3 months setting out—

(a)

any complaints made in respect of the animal registry service provided by the licence holder concerning—

(i)

the keeping and maintaining of records relating to prescribed animals; and

(ii)

the provision of access to those records; and

(iii)

any failure of the licence holder to identify the owner of a prescribed animal from records kept by the licence holder; and

(b)

the steps taken by the licence holder to address those complaints.
