70 Grounds for refusal to issue or suspension or revocation
For the purposes of section 68ZF(d) of the Act, the Secretary may decide not to issue a source number to a person or body or may suspend or revoke a source number for the following reasons—
(a)
the person or body cannot verify their identity;
(b)
the person's or body's membership of an applicable organisation is suspended or is no longer valid;
(c)
the person or body has not paid a fee in accordance with regulation 68 on an application for a source number or renewal of a source number.
