78 Infringement offences against these Regulations and infringement penalties
(1)
For the purposes of Part 7B of the Act, the offences against these Regulations specified in Column 2 of Table 2 in Schedule 5 are prescribed infringement offences.
(2)
For the purposes of section 88 of the Act, the infringement penalty for a prescribed infringement offence against the Regulations specified in Column 2 of Table 2 in Schedule 5 is the amount specified in the corresponding entry of Column 3 of that Table.
