40 Licence holder must provide animal registry service for a prescribed animal
A licence holder must provide an animal registry service in respect of a prescribed animal if—
(a)
the appropriate fee is paid for the provision of that service to the licence holder; and
(b)
the licence holder is not prohibited from establishing a record for the animal under regulation 39.
