63 Prescribed application fee for animal sale permit
(1)
For the purposes of section 58M(2)(b) of the Act, the prescribed application fee is—
(a)
in the case of a not-for-profit entity, 4 fee units; or
(b)
in any other case, 14 fee units.
(2)
The Minister may waive in whole or in part a fee payable under subregulation (1)(a) by a not‑for‑profit entity, if the Minister is of the opinion that special circumstances apply in a particular case.
