38 Holding of information separately until certain matters confirmed
Until a licence holder is satisfied of the matters required to be determined under regulation 36, the licence holder—
(a)
must retain any prescribed identifying information provided in accordance with section 63G of the Act relating to a prescribed animal or the owner of the animal separately from the records kept as part of the animal registry service; and
(b)
must not create any record that includes that information.
