105 Application of this Division
(1)
An order to produce must not be issued under this Division to a person in relation to a business record that relates or may relate to an offence that the person is suspected of having committed.
(2)
This Division does not prevent an authorised officer from applying for an entry warrant in relation to a business record, whether before or after the issue of an order to produce.
