90 Requirement to comply with directions
If a person is directed under section 87, 88 or 89 to give any information, answer any question or produce any record —
the person cannot refuse to comply with the direction on the ground that the information, answer or record may tend to incriminate the person or render the person liable to any penalty; but
if the person is an individual — the information or answer given, or record produced, by the person is not admissible in evidence against the person in any criminal proceedings other than proceedings for perjury or for providing false or misleading information under section 160.
