23 Application for variation of conditions
(1)
An authorised towing service provider may apply to the CEO for a variation of the conditions of the towing business authorisation (other than conditions prescribed by the regulations).
(2)
The application must —
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be accompanied by any documents or other information specified in the approved form; and
(c)
be accompanied by the application fee (if any) prescribed by the regulations.
