20 Authorisation document
(1)
If the CEO grants a towing business authorisation, the CEO must give an authorisation document to the provider of the service.
(2)
The authorisation document must —
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
identify the authorised towing service provider; and
(c)
specify an authorisation number.
