13 Towing service provider must be authorised
A person commits an offence if the person —
(a)
conducts a regulated towing business; and
(b)
does not hold a towing business authorisation that is in force.
Penalty:
(a)
for an individual, a fine of $40 000;
(b)
for a body corporate, a fine of $200 000.
