142 Regulations
The Governor may make regulations prescribing matters —
required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1), regulations may be made in relation to the following —
the matters set out in this Part;
forms for the purposes of this Act;
fees and charges payable in relation to any matter under this Act, including the following —
applications;
the grant of authorisations (including by way of renewal);
the variation of authorisations or conditions of authorisations;
the issue or replacement of authorisation documents and any other documents issued under this Act;
providing that a contravention of a regulation is an offence and providing for a penalty not exceeding a fine of $12 000 for an individual and $60 000 for a body corporate.
