109 Effect of orders to produce
(1)
An order to produce has effect according to its content.
(2)
A person who is served with an order to produce and who, without reasonable excuse, does not obey it commits an offence.
Penalty for this subsection:
(a)
for an individual, a fine of $5 000;
(b)
for a body corporate, a fine of $25 000.
