130 Extension of time for compliance, amendment and revocation
In this section —
compliance period —
means the period stated in an improvement notice within which a person must comply with the requirements of the notice; and
includes that period as extended by this section.
This section applies if a person has been issued with an improvement notice.
An authorised officer may, by written notice given to the person —
extend the compliance period for the improvement notice; or
otherwise amend the improvement notice; or
revoke the improvement notice.
Despite subsection (3)(a), the authorised officer may extend the compliance period only if the period has not ended.
