(1)
A person must comply with a direction of an authorised officer given under this Part.
Penalty for this subsection:
(a)
for an individual, a fine of $5 000;
(b)
for a body corporate, a fine of $25 000.
(2)
A person must not hinder or obstruct an authorised officer in the performance of a function under this Part.
Penalty for this subsection:
(a)
for an individual, a fine of $9 000;
(b)
for a body corporate, a fine of $45 000.
