122 Forensic examinations on records
(1)
This section applies if —
(a)
the court decides under section 121 that all or some of the information in a record is privileged; and
(b)
the applicant has applied to the court to be permitted to do a forensic examination on the record.
(2)
The court must make orders that enable the forensic examination to be done on the record and to ensure that any information in it that is privileged remains privileged.
