86 Purposes for which powers of authorised officers may be exercised
An authorised officer may exercise the powers set out in this Subdivision for 1 or more of the following purposes —
(a)
to monitor compliance with this Act;
(b)
to investigate a suspected contravention of this Act;
(c)
to investigate whether there are grounds for suspending or cancelling an authorisation granted under this Act.
