Exchange of information between CEO and road traffic CEO

(1)

The CEO must disclose the following information to the road traffic CEO —

(a)

towing regulatory information;

(b)

(2)

The road traffic CEO must disclose the following information to the CEO —

(a)

vehicle licence information in relation to a tow truck used, or proposed to be used, for the purposes of a regulated towing business;

(b)

driver’s licence information about a person mentioned in section 76;

(c)

traffic infringement notice information about a person mentioned in section 76;

(d)

[(3) has not come into operation.]
