11.2 Purposes for which powers may be exercised under this Part
(1)
The powers under this Part may be exercised for the purposes of this Act or the native vegetation legislation.
(2)
This Part does not affect the exercise of powers under the Local Land Services Act 2013, the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 or any other Act in relation to purposes for which powers may be exercised under this Part.
