11.30 Authorised officer who may give directions
For the purposes of this Division, the following are authorised officers who may give directions under this Division—
(a)
the Minister,
(b)
the Environment Agency Head,
(c)
a person employed in the Department who is authorised by the Environment Agency Head to give directions under this Division.
