13.30 Documentary evidence generally
Any document purporting—
(a)
to be a document issued, made or given for the purposes of this Act or the Local Land Services Act 2013, and
(b)
to have been signed by the person authorised to issue, make or give the document, or by another person acting as delegate or on behalf of the person, and
(c)
to have been issued, made or given on a specified day,
is admissible in any criminal or civil proceedings under this Act and (in the absence of evidence to the contrary) is to be taken to be such a document, to have been so signed and to have been issued, made or given on that day.
