14.6 Fees and other charges recoverable by Environment Agency Head
(1)
Any fee or other charge payable to the Environment Agency Head under this Act may be recovered by the Environment Agency Head as a debt due to the Crown in a court of competent jurisdiction.
(2)
The Environment Agency Head may refund or waive the whole or any part of a fee or other charge payable to the Environment Agency Head under this Act.
