In this part—

approved toll camera has the same meaning as in section 250A.

photograph has the same meaning as in section 250A.

relevant information means information acquired in the exercise of functions in connection with the use or operation of an approved toll camera, including a photograph taken by an approved toll camera under section 261D.

serious indictable offence has the same meaning as in the Crimes Act 1900.

toll camera image means a photograph taken by an approved toll camera.
