261E Prohibition on collection, storage and disclosure of toll camera images except for certain purposes
A person who acquires relevant information must not directly or indirectly make a record of, or make use of or disclose, the relevant information except as follows—
(a)
in the exercise of functions in connection with—
(i)
the payment, collection and enforcement of tolls, or
(ii)
another function prescribed in relation to tolls,
(b)
as permitted under section 261F or 261G.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
