261G Disclosure of toll camera images to other authorised agencies
A person may disclose relevant information to an authorised agency if—
either or both of the following apply—
the person is—
a toll operator, or
an officer of a toll operator, or
a person exercising functions on behalf of or otherwise acting under the authority of a toll operator,
the disclosure of the information is in accordance with a protocol approved by the Privacy Commissioner, and
the relevant information was acquired in relation to a vehicle driven in contravention of a requirement to pay a relevant toll.
In this section—
authorised agency means the following persons or agencies—
the Australian Crime Commission,
the Independent Commission Against Corruption,
the New South Wales Crime Commission,
the NSW Police Force,
the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission,
the Ombudsman,
another person or government agency prescribed for the purpose of this paragraph.
