261F Collection, storage and disclosure of toll camera images for purposes relating to NSW Police Force
A person may collect, store and disclose relevant information—
for the investigation of serious indictable offences by the NSW Police Force and the prosecution of the serious indictable offences, or
if it is reasonably necessary to locate a person who the NSW Police Force has been notified is missing, or
to prevent or lessen a serious threat to the life, or health or safety, of a person, including a child, or
to support an investigation into a death, suspected death, fire or explosion for the purposes of the Coroners Act 2009.
A person must, if asked by the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission, collect, store or disclose the following information for the purposes of the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission’s functions—
relevant information,
information about the collection, storage and disclosure of relevant information under subsection (1).
