114F Meaning of “same day delivery”
(1)
In this Division, a same day delivery means the delivery of packaged liquor, under a commercial arrangement, to a person in New South Wales on the same day it is purchased by retail, irrespective of the State or Territory in which the sale is made.
(2)
The regulations may prescribe circumstances in which a delivery of packaged liquor is not a same day delivery.
