19 Giving or lending proof of age cards
A person must not give or lend the person’s proof of age card to another person, if the person giving or lending the card knows or could reasonably be expected to know that the card may be used—
(a)
as a proof of age card for the purposes of this Act or the Gaming Machines Act 2001 by the person to whom the card was given or lent, or by any other person, or
(b)
to obtain a proof of age card for the person to whom the card was given or lent, or any other person, for the purposes of this Act or the Gaming Machines Act 2001.
Maximum penalty—30 penalty units.
