Special entertainment precinct venues and incentivised event venues

Current

(1)

This section applies to—

(a)

a special entertainment precinct venue, or

(b)

an incentivised event venue.

(2)

The trading period for the venue is extended by 1 hour after the time that would otherwise apply to the venue under—

(a)

section 12, or

(b)

an extended trading authorisation.

(3)

The 1-hour extension does not apply to the venue unless—

(a)

the precinct management plan for the special entertainment precinct in which the venue is located permits the extended trading hours, and

(b)

for an incentivised event venue—the relevant event is held in conjunction with the incentivised event.

(4)

(Repealed)
