72 Powers of local councils to encourage use of outdoor space
(1)
Anything done by a local council during the relevant period, that would have been validly done if the State Revenue and Fines Legislation Amendment (Miscellaneous) Act 2022, Schedule 6[3] and [4] had commenced before it was done, is taken to have been validly done under section 166.
(2)
In this clause—
relevant period means the period—
(a)
starting at the beginning of 11 December 2021, and
(b)
ending on the commencement of this clause.
