Live performance venues

Current

For this Act, a venue is a live performance venue if the venue—

(a)

is a music hall, concert hall, dance hall, theatre or other venue, and

(b)

is licensed under an on-premises licence relating to a public entertainment venue, and

(c)

is used primarily for live performances or other creative or cultural events, and

(d)

is not a live music venue.
