Special entertainment precinct venues

Current

For this Act, a venue is a special entertainment precinct venue if—

(a)

the venue is located in a special entertainment precinct, and

(b)

for a venue in a metropolitan area—at least 10 relevant events are held at the venue during a month, and

(c)

for a venue in a regional area—at least 104 relevant events are held at the venue during a year.
