144K Definition
In this Subdivision—
prescribed complaint means a complaint in relation to a licensee or manager of licensed premises made to the Authority by the Secretary or Commissioner of Police under Part 9—
(a)
on a ground stated in section 139(3)(f), (g), (h), (ha) or (hb), and
(b)
relating to conduct or activities engaged in, circumstances existing, acts committed, or incidents occurring on or after the commencement of this Part.
