75 Application of Part 12
(1)
Anything done or omitted to be done during the relevant period that would have been validly done or omitted to be done had Part 12, as inserted by the Better Regulation, Fair Trading and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024, been in force is taken to have been, and always to have been, validly done or omitted to be done.
(2)
In this clause—
relevant period means the period—
(a)
starting on 11 December 2023, and
(b)
ending on the date of assent to the Better Regulation, Fair Trading and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024.
