29 Pending liquor-related applications
(1)
Division 1A of Part 4 (as inserted by the amending Act) extends to an application under this Act for any licence or other matter referred to in that Division that was made on or after 25 June 2009 but not granted or otherwise determined as at the commencement of the amending Act.
(2)
However, Division 1A of Part 4 does not apply in relation to any application under this Act for a licence or other matter that was made before 25 June 2009.
