78 Requirement for sealed containers
(1)
Sections 20A and 25A, as amended by the amending Act, extend to sales of liquor occurring before the amendment.
(2)
A term of an authorisation granted under section 25A before the amendment has no effect to the extent it requires liquor sold for consumption away from the licensed premises to be in sealed containers.
