135 Registration and termination of local liquor accord
(1)
A local liquor accord takes effect when it is registered by the Secretary.
(2)
A local liquor accord may be terminated by the parties to the accord.
(3)
The termination takes effect when notice in writing of the termination is given by the coordinator of the accord to the Secretary.
