A trustee referred to in section 62(4) who holds office in relation to the business of a licensee may apply under section 60 as transferor for the transfer of the licence to a person nominated by the trustee.
If section 62(5) applies in relation to a licensee, the NSW Trustee and Guardian may apply under section 60 as transferor for the transfer of the licence to a person nominated by the NSW Trustee and Guardian.
If a licence is transferred under an application authorised by this section, any endorsement of the licence under section 63 ceases to have effect.
