47I Limitation on Secretary’s powers under subdivision
(1)
This subdivision does not authorise the Secretary to vary or revoke a condition—
(a)
imposed, or taken to be imposed, by the Authority, or
(b)
imposed by this Act or the regulations.
(2)
This section does not apply to—
(a)
the imposition of a condition referred to in section 47E(2)(a) or (b), or
(b)
the variation or revocation of a condition in accordance with section 47F or 47G.
