130J Definition
In this division—
relevant event means a live music performance or other arts and cultural event meeting the following criteria—
(a)
the performance or event is of a duration of 45 minutes or more,
(b)
the performance or event is held after—
(i)
for a Saturday or Sunday—midday, or
(ii)
otherwise—6pm.
