In this Subdivision—

relevant demerit point, in relation to a licensed premises, means a demerit point—

(a)

incurred under Subdivision 1 of Division 3 for a demerit offence committed on or in relation to the licensed premises, or

(b)

imposed under Subdivision 2 of Division 3 in relation to a prescribed complaint based on conduct or activities engaged in, circumstances existing, acts committed, or incidents occurring on or in relation to the licensed premises.
