19 Qualifications and experience required for licensing in water supply work
The qualifications required to be able to be licensed to carry out water supply work under section 221M(1)(b)(i) of the Act are the successful completion of—
the approved competency units for licensing in water supply work; and
the Authority's examination of licensing competencies for water supply work.
The experience required to be able to be licensed to carry out water supply work under section 221M(1)(b)(i) of the Act is—
at least 2 years of practical experience in water supply work and the successful completion of an apprenticeship under the supervision of a plumber who is licensed in water supply work; or
at least 6 years of practical experience in water supply work.
