52 Former class of specialised plumbing work taken to be class of specialised plumbing work or type of plumbing work under these Regulations
A former class of specialised plumbing work set out in Column 2 of Table 2 in Schedule 6, as in force immediately before the commencement day, is taken to be, on and after the commencement day, for the purposes of these Regulations—
(a)
a class of specialised plumbing work set out in Column 3 of that Table corresponding to that former class of specialised class of plumbing work; and
(b)
if applicable, a type of plumbing work that falls within a class of specialised plumbing work set out in Column 3 of that Table corresponding to that former specialised class of plumbing work.
