41 Qualifications required for classes of specialised plumbing work
For the purposes of section 221N(1)(b)(i) of the Act—
to be able to be licensed to carry out a particular class of specialised plumbing work (other than thermostatic mixing valve work), a person must have the qualifications set out in the Division relevant to that class in Part 2 of Schedule 4; and
on and from 18 November 2019, to be able to be licensed to carry out thermostatic mixing valve work, a person must have the qualifications set out in Division 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 4.
For the purposes of section 221OA(1)(b)(i) of the Act—
to be able to be registered to carry out a particular class of specialised plumbing work (other than thermostatic mixing valve work), a person must have the qualifications set out in the Division relevant to that class in Part 2 of Schedule 4; and
on and from 18 November 2019, to be able to be registered to carry out thermostatic mixing valve work, a person must have the qualifications set out in Division 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 4.
