40 Qualifications and experience required for classes of plumbing work other than classes of specialised plumbing work
(1)
For the purposes of section 221M(1)(b)(i) of the Act, to be able to be licensed to carry out a particular class of plumbing work, a person must have the qualifications and experience set out in the Division relevant to that class in Part 1 of Schedule 4.
(2)
For the purposes of section 221O(1)(a) of the Act, to be able to be registered to carry out a particular class of plumbing work, a person must have the qualifications and experience set out in the Division relevant to that class in Part 1 of Schedule 4.
