Provisions may be excluded or modified by agreement

In force

(1)

A customer and a transmitter or a distributor may agree in writing that a provision of this Part is excluded or modified in relation to the supply of electricity by the transmitter or distributor to the customer.

(2)

An agreement under subsection (1) must set out the matters that the parties consider are the advantages and disadvantages to the customer of entering into the agreement.

(3)

This Part has effect in relation to the supply of electricity to a customer subject to any agreement entered into by the customer under this section.
