26A Authority may give notice regarding reporting period
(1)
The Authority may give a transmitter or distributor a written notice stating that the reporting period is the period of 1 year or 2 years for the purposes of an audit and report under section 26.
(2)
The Authority may, by written notice, revoke a notice under subsection (1).
