21 Information to be provided
A corporation must provide eligible persons who are customers with information as to —
the rights conferred by sections 18 and 19;
how applications under those sections may be made; and
the manner in which applications will be dealt with by the corporation.
A corporation must provide the information described in subsection (1) to a customer by written notice sent to the customer at the address to which accounts are sent, whether accompanying an account or otherwise.
A notice under subsection (2) must be given to a customer by a corporation not less than once in each financial year of the corporation.
